Key Responsibilities:
- You will oversee a team focused on managing user data, including:
Accounts, Preferences, Wishlist, Address, and Segmentation. - You will be responsible for the development of a new loyalty product that is currently in the planning stages.
- Collaborate closely with the Unit Product Owner or the Chief Product Officer to understand stakeholder requirements and develop a suitable product roadmap.
- Work alongside existing team members and engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather their needs.
- Assume the role of Product Owner.
Your Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner is preferred.
- Background in e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with API products, particularly in a microservices architecture, and an understanding of the API-First approach will be advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Previous experience with setting and achieving objectives and key results (OKR).
- Leadership experience, preferably with cross-functional teams, and in making strategic decisions.
- Experience in engaging with management, customers, and users.
