We are seeking an experienced Financial Specialist to analyze internal and external developments, apply finance policies, and ensure compliance with finance strategies and policies within their functional area.

About The Role: Financial Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create financial reports for Nutreco Group operations, adhering to reporting governance routines and providing accurate data to the Record to Report Manager.

• Develop and validate accounting data, prepare statutory accounts, and identify solutions for process improvements.

• Prepare financial analysis and reporting with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data provided.

• Formulate and implement the division's strategic and operational plans to support the department's goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, preferably with an MBA.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a genuine interest in business process standardization.

• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and collaborative, with proficiency in Finance ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English.
