About Us:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily F&B operations, manage a dedicated team of 15 staff members, and train the incoming Assistant F&B Manager to take on the role of F&B Manager post-season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B operations for three dining outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct training and mentorship for the local Assistant F&B Manager and other staff, fostering a strong, cohesive team.
- Develop and implement engaging training programs to enhance service quality and team performance.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to execute seasonal menu planning and special events.
- Maintain operational budgets, implement cost-control measures, and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Bring creativity and innovation to the dining experience, regularly updating menus and offerings based on seasonality.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in training and developing F&B teams; experience in a hands-on management role is essential.
- Previous experience in a fine-dining environment or boutique resort preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership qualities with a knack for building relationships and creating a positive, fun atmosphere.
- Ability to thrive in a small resort setting, working closely with all levels of staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with a good sense of humor to enhance team morale.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $3,000 USD net monthly, with average tips of $300-400 monthly.
