About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at OVHcloud. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for securing adoption and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with your portfolio of customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within OVHcloud to ensure customer needs are incorporated into product development.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the customer within OVHcloud.
- Onboarding and Expansion: Assist customers in adopting or growing their usage of OVHcloud's services.
Future Impact
- In 6 months, you will complete onboarding and training to pitch OVHcloud's solution.
- You will manage a portfolio of customers, supporting them daily in using the product or service.
- You will monitor action plans and analyze results and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Communication skills in English (B2 level required).
- Customer-centric with demonstrable experience in customer-facing interactions.
- Experience in Information Technology, particularly in Cloud, network, operating systems, storage, and/or virtualization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, eloquence, enthusiasm, and commercial flair.
- Dedicated and able to have a positive impact on internal and/or external contacts.
- Able to evaluate and control risk and manage conflict situations.
- Organized, disciplined, and a good team spirit.
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams.
- Autonomous and able to take initiative.
- Curious mind and comfortable with financial concepts, communication, and CRM tools.
