We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via chat, email, and phone calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience and develop innovative solutions
- Flag and escalate customer queries as necessary, and provide suitable solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer support
- Interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
