Job Title: Site Finance Lead

At Kenvue, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Finance Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our EMEA Make Self Care Senior Finance Manager team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership to our Madrid Site within the EMEA network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team members to achieve short/long term financial performance commitments and assess opportunities across sites that are in scope.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead total cost per unit analyses for the Site and review and approve the Business Plan standard costs.
  • Collaborate with Global Services, Centers of Excellence, and other centralized organizations on the financial review cycles to ensure the reliability of the financial information.
  • Provide insightful commentary on the financial drivers and communicate potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial leadership and management, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
