Job Description

At Kenvue, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Finance Lead to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our EMEA Make Self Care organization, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to our Madrid Site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to drive business performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Review and communicate performance on key financial drivers and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Work with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, and review financial outputs to influence decision making.
  • Oversee cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation of costs, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits, driving a culture of compliance across the Site.
  • Support the implementation of SAP One S4 in the site and work cross-functionally to ensure successful rollout.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, with a professional accounting qualification.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and any other European language is a plus.
  • 3+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in Supply Chain Finance.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and implement a vision.
  • High conceptual and analytical competence.

  • Results and performance driven.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomous working attitude with high motivation.
