Job Title: Site Finance Lead

At Kenvue, we're seeking a highly skilled Site Finance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our EMEA network, you will provide direct financial leadership to the Madrid Site, reporting into the EMEA Make Self Care Senior Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to achieve short/long term financial performance commitments and assess opportunities across sites.
  • Lead site business planning and monitoring of actual results, collaborating with the Profitability Management & Reporting team to drive insights on budget vs actual drivers and operational metrics.
  • Propose and evaluate business cases, supporting decision making with a focus on driving value, and lead total cost per unit analyses for the Site.
  • Collaborate with Global Services, Centers of Excellence, and other centralized organizations on financial review cycles to ensure reliability of financial information.
  • Provide insightful commentary on financial drivers and communicate potential risks and opportunities, driving a compliance culture across the Site.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial analytics and support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Madrid Site, working closely with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to achieve financial performance commitments. You will also partner with the Profitability Management & Reporting team to drive insights on budget vs actual drivers and operational metrics.

You will lead site business planning and monitoring of actual results, and collaborate with Global Services, Centers of Excellence, and other centralized organizations on financial review cycles. Additionally, you will provide insightful commentary on financial drivers and communicate potential risks and opportunities, driving a compliance culture across the Site.
