Job Title: Site Finance Lead

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled Site Finance Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership to our Madrid site within the EMEA network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial leadership to the Madrid site, reporting to the EMEA Make Self Care Senior Finance Manager.
  • Partner with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to achieve short-term and long-term financial performance commitments.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the site, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Profitability Management & Reporting team to drive insights on budget vs actual drivers and operational metrics.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting qualification.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and any other European language would be an asset.
  • 3 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in Supply Chain Finance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement a vision.
  • High conceptual and analytical competence, with the ability to zoom in and out.
  • Collaboration and business partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
