Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Finance Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership to our manufacturing site, working closely with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to achieve short and long-term financial performance commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide financial leadership to the Madrid site, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to develop and implement financial strategies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional accounting qualification
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in supply chain finance
