Job Title: Site Finance Lead

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled Site Finance Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership to our manufacturing site, ensuring accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team.
  • Provide support for business cases, investment decisions, and cost savings opportunities.
  • Review and communicate performance on key financial drivers and metrics.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities and lead discussions on associated action plans.
  • Oversee cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation of costs, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support internal/external audits and present audit outcomes to the board.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and professional accounting qualification.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and any other European language would be a plus.
  • 3 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in Supply Chain Finance.
