Site Finance Lead

At Kenvue, we're passionate about delivering exceptional care to our customers. As a Site Finance Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for our Madrid site within the EMEA network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team to establish a collaborative relationship and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and present business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunities, ensuring alignment with the site's strategy and master plan.
  • Lead performance analytics and reporting, reviewing and communicating key financial drivers and metrics to the Leadership team.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, and lead discussions on associated action plans to drive compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize cost structures and oversee cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation of costs and variance analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in driving business outcomes and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present insights to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with financial systems, including SAP One S4, and ability to implement and support system changes.
