Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Industrial Filtration Customer Service team in Terrassa, Barcelona.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong communication and administration skills, as well as previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customers' purchasing orders, developing strong relationships with assigned accounts, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook, as well as the ability to multitask, manage time, and adapt to changes. Fluency in Czech or Slovak, as well as English, is required.
We offer a permanent contract, flexible work schedule, and a hybrid model with 3 days of remote working per week. Our benefits package includes meal allowance, telework expenses, health and life insurance, and a pension plan. We also offer free coffee and fruit during office days, and Spanish lessons outside of working hours.
