Job Description:
As a valuable member of the Boston Consulting Group team, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and growth. You will be responsible for leading regional design studios' business development and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to align business needs with solutions, and developing internal relationships with senior consulting staff and leaders within BCG.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stakeholders across various accounts, implementing holistic account strategies and planning with other design studio stakeholders.
• Contribute to process development and best practices, interfacing with other department leads to share ideas and identify new solutions for clients.
• Prepare and present financial plans, keeping senior management informed of key client opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop and foster account relationships, working towards account growth and high retention within a defined portfolio of accounts.
• Collaborate and co-lead proposals with subject matter experts, as well as write and concept statements of work.
• Oversee and ensure design studio invoicing for sales and delivery credit in the BCG system.

Requirements:
• Experience creating and implementing go-to-market strategy plans in collaboration with other teams to meet business objectives.
• Ability to measure and report on the impact generated by go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong understanding of design driven solutions, such as service design, communication, and branding strategies.
• Advanced skills in tools that monitor business development process and performance.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills to mitigate challenges.
