About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Partnership Growth Manager to join our Enterprise Venture Markets organization in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with top retail clients, leveraging your expertise in ecommerce and AdTech to optimize revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute personalized strategies to grow existing retail client portfolios, fostering strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Cultivate client loyalty through exceptional customer service, leading to long-term partnerships and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new placements, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Criteo Activation teams to maximize Retail Media monetization for clients.
  • Onboard new clients and their teams onto Criteo's products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal campaign setup.
  • Work closely with technical and project teams to resolve operational and technical issues, providing support and troubleshooting services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in direct client relationships within the retail, ecommerce, and AdTech industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in customer service, leading to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and ability to identify business opportunities and design effective tests/analysis.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Italian is an asset); strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the retail environment and online advertising industry; technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving, and online ad ops is an advantage.
Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
