Ecommerce Business Development Manager

We are seeking an eCommerce Business Development Manager for Secure Power to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth globally within our Retail business. This role requires a proven track record of growth in sales, marketing, and strategy-related roles. The objectives include growing eCommerce revenue, improving country and region coverage, expanding the current partner landscape, and delivering customer-centric experiences via channel resources.
This is a challenging role that relies on successful planning and managing of e-commerce sales strategies and a solid commercial and relational background. It involves travel up to 20% of the time, including customer visits, events, joint reviews, workshops, and trade shows.
- Detect and present market insights and digital sales development opportunities on countries, segments, offers, and region coverage.
- Share best practices across the region and support regions in developing eCom roadmaps from an omnichannel standpoint.
- Identify and develop integrations with marketplaces globally, from onboarding to launch.
- Enable regional business expansion, including new accounts and new countries.
- Analyze eCom sales performance and implement recovery and growth plans as needed.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years of industry-related sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, IT distribution, or digital sales. You should have a good understanding of e-Business and its customers. Strong communication and relational skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt your message to fit different audiences.
