Dutch Speaking Banking Support Specialist

Job Overview:
You'll be part of a vibrant, supportive team in a rapidly expanding fintech company, providing expert support to users of a leading online banking app. Your tasks will include helping customers set up accounts, resolving transaction issues, identifying and escalating fraud cases, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Dutch users through chat, helping them with account setup, transaction issues, and fraud cases.
- Play a key role in onboarding new clients and improving internal processes.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless and efficient customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Salary: from 1,600 EUR - 1,800 EUR per month.
