About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Speaking Banking Support Specialist to join our team at Job Squad. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to Dutch users of our leading online banking app.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Dutch users through chat, helping them set up accounts, resolve transaction issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new clients and improving internal processes.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and escalate fraud cases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a native Dutch speaker with at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience in customer-facing roles. You will be part of a vibrant, supportive team in a rapidly expanding company.

What We Offer
  • Salary: from 1,600 EUR - 1,800 EUR per month.
