The Head of Growth will develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional teams.
This role requires a deep understanding of the mobility industry, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of scaling digital marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Set ambitious growth targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.
- Design multi-channel campaigns and leverage digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and other growth channels to expand the user base.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key growth metrics, and present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Proven track record of scaling digital marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of the mobility industry and its trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
