About the Role

Cabify is revolutionizing urban mobility, and we're seeking a visionary leader to drive our growth strategy.

The Head of Growth will develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a deep understanding of the mobility industry, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of scaling digital marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Set ambitious growth targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns and leverage digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and other growth channels to expand the user base.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key growth metrics, and present insights and recommendations to the executive team.

  • Proven track record of scaling digital marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of the mobility industry and its trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
