Sales Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Experience Expert to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales experiences to our clients while working effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to maximize sale opportunities and grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention. You will also engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Service and upsell client products to existing customers

* Grow your book of business by identifying and capitalizing on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have fluency in both English and Czech language at an advanced C1 level, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques, and a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting. You should also be goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth, competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software, and a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers.
