About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional sales experiences to our clients.

Job Summary:

  • Servicing and upselling client products to existing customers
  • Focused on educating customers on their current products and identifying opportunities for additional sales
  • Developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention
  • Utilizing Influencers and Users to close business deals
  • Engaging customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs
  • Providing outstanding customer service through incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch language at an advanced C1 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
  • A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
  • Competence in using Microsoft office and CRM software
