Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Coordinator to join our team at Wolters Kluwer. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting high standards and targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions to resolve problems and queries.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Engagement departments to improve account setup, debt management, and overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings and implement improvements, taking on ad-hoc projects to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in using desktop PCs and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
