About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to lead our Banking Unit and develop our Customer Experience and Innovation practice across EMEA. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, cultivating and expanding existing business relationships, and managing relationships with clients as the senior point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships to become the strategic and trusted business adviser to the client.
  • Cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent communication and regular client visits.
  • Understand clients' operating and financial business model to anticipate business needs in driving solutions, identifying opportunities to increase performance.
  • Manage relationships with clients as the senior point of contact, coordinating the resources needed to service projects, building strategic operational plans, and balancing the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.
  • Develop effective, growth-centred mentor relationships with Account Managers, establishing a good working relationship and seeking feedback from Client Services Director.
  • Manage a team of account managers and oversee their day-to-day management, creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business.
  • Proactively identify clients' needs and business opportunities, liaising with other members of the business on existing accounts, building relationships with key personnel within customer accounts, monitoring client satisfaction post-sale, and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
  • Provide the team with all necessary tools and training to improve core expertise and continued career growth, building a team to deliver company business and revenue goals, and partnering with Operations and Finance in building client P&L.
