About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled System Lead Support to join our team at Ambit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support for our clients, including a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

As a System Lead Support, you will provide technical leadership for on-premise and cloud applications. You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting user communities in Asian or EU zones for application systems
  • Performing system lead tasks, including application administration and system lifecycle documentations
  • Providing technical leadership in application roadmap by close coordination with system owners
  • Participating in build, upgrade, and/or migration projects
  • Keeping systems up-to-date by leading and executing technical upgrades, applying patches, bug-fixes, including security vulnerabilities
  • Performing security management tasks, such as user account reviews, technical account reviews, and vulnerability assessments
  • Analyzing business needs, prioritizing tasks, developing solutions, and conducting data processes to improve the operations of IT systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience as application and/or system support (System Engineer) or 6+ years of experience as application owner and/or system administrator
  • System Administration (Windows, Unix, Linux) skills
  • Cloud administration (Azure, AWS) skills
  • Database administration skills
  • Information protection and security skills
  • Networking skills
