Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to client products and services
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from end-users
• Manage incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool

Requirements

• Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English
• Familiarity with networks, Android Operating Systems, and Online Apps
• Proficient PC skills
• Excellent communication skills to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
