Billing and Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collecting Partner to join our Finance Excellence team at Roche Diagnostics Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Billing to Cash process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing and collection process for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Collaborate with the Finance Excellence team and commercial areas to maintain fluid contact with customers, simplify processes, and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Account Receivables.
- Analyze and execute necessary invoice corrections, following established procedures.
- Manage special billings, open accounts, post-billings, and credits.
- Search for and obtain necessary documentation to perform post-billings and maintain customer master files.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Customer orientation, analytical skills, proactivity, and adaptability to change.
- Knowledge of SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office.
- High level of English knowledge for national and global projects.
- Availability to travel frequently throughout Spain.
