Billing and Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collecting Partner to join our Finance Excellence team at Roche Diagnostics Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Billing to Cash process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing and collection process for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Analyze and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the billing and collection process, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the Finance Excellence team and commercial areas to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Spain, with a high level of English language proficiency.
