Billing and Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collecting Partner to join our team at Roche Diagnostics Spain. As a key member of our Finance Excellence team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Billing to Cash process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing and collection process for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, driving business growth through exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing our overall financial performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices in our financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in financial operations, with a focus on customer relationships and billing management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP, EDI, and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
