Billing and Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collecting Partner to join our Finance Excellence team at Roche Diagnostics Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Billing to Cash process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing and collection process for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Analyze and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the billing process, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the Billing to Cash process.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing and collections, providing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office.
- High level of English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
