Customer Support Agent with Italian

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Agent with Italian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients using multiple communication channels. You will work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, provide solutions and alternatives, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients using multiple channels (telephone, email, chat) in Italian and English
  • Identify customer issues, handle complaints, and provide solutions and alternatives
  • Use provided guides and protocols to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Collaborate with other agents or teams to resolve complex cases
  • Document all actions taken in a CRM system

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality with good listening skills and ability to empathize with others
  • Ability to solve issues in a timely manner and work independently as a team player
  • Ability to cover shift rotation and be on time at the office
