Job Title: Italian Customer Support in Madrid

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a customer support specialist for high-end automotive clients. This role requires native-level proficiency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for customers, coordinating with markets, retailers, and internal stakeholders for all customer-related matters.
  • Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.
  • Solve customers' requests by offering exquisite treatment and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage incidents efficiently, guiding the management to customer satisfaction and loyalty to avoid formal customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Italian level (min C2).
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to find ways to facilitate solutions.
Offer:
  • Permanent contract.
  • 39-hour work week.
  • Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Possibility of extra income for availability outside of regular hours (200-400 euros per month).
  • Salary up to €26,500/year.
  • Paid training for 3 weeks.
