About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner via email, chat, and phone. You will work with some of the world's most respected brands and have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via multiple communication channels
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (C2 level)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
