Job Summary

Mindpec is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Issue Resolution: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, processing returns, and addressing concerns promptly.
  3. Documentation: Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.

Requirements

  1. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  2. Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a similar role.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  5. Flexibility: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. BPO Experience: Experience in a BPO or call center environment.
  2. Technical Support: Technical support experience is advantageous.
  3. Multilingual Abilities: Multilingual abilities are a plus.
