Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, processing returns, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- BPO Experience: Experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Technical Support: Technical support experience is advantageous.
- Multilingual Abilities: Multilingual abilities are a plus.
