About the RoleThis role will involve owning the full recruiting process from prospecting to signing the offer letter. You'll collaborate closely with managers to identify and understand their hiring needs, and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your daily work will have a direct impact on Skello's success, and you'll have the chance to analyze our results to see improvement margins.

- Identifying and contacting passive candidates to generate their interest in Skello
- Being the point of contact at every stage
- Analyzing our results to see improvement margins
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to sign an 'university agreement' of at least 5 months. You should be a native Spanish speaker (fluent English is a plus), and passionate about TA with experience in prospection of candidates on LinkedIn/other recruiting tools and spending time on the phone. You should also be dynamic, organized, and data-driven, with a preference for working in hyper-growth companies and being results-oriented.
