This is a unique opportunity to join our SAP Academy for Customer Success, a world-class training program that develops our next-generation workforce. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on SAP solutions and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and loyalty.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
