Job Summary
As a Technical Sales Manager at Danfoss, you will play a crucial role in providing direct technical support to internal and external customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address technical inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure that technical aspects align with clients' needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate technical quotations based on customer requirements.
- Develop and continuously improve the bid processes and tools.
- Evaluate proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization's quality standards.
- Analyze feedback from clients and prospects to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
- Provide feedback to product management on highly requested special features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Technical degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
- Proficiency in French and English languages.
- Spanish language is a must.
- Ability to navigate in a matrix and multicultural organization.
