As a Sales Professional at Softwareone, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and goals. You will act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upsell.

Service Delivery:
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.

Renewal Strategy:
Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies, leading negotiations to secure contract renewals and drive revenue growth.

Escalation Resolution:
Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems and improve account management processes.

Account Coverage:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Data-Driven Sales:
Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions, identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve sales strategies and account management processes.

Client Advocacy:
Represent client interests within the organization, championing client success stories to drive referrals and testimonials.

Requirements:

Experience:
Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction, with experience in selling technology products and services.

Skills:
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, with ability to convert business problems to technical solutions.

Language:
Fluent in English and Italian.
