Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Native or full professional proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
  • Understanding of German culture, markets, and sales processes
  • Experience in managing and leading commercial teams
  • Exceptional communication and planning skills
