We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Native or full professional proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Residence in or near Madrid, facilitating easy access to our operational hub
