Technical Sales Specialist

At Dcycle.Io, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales process, you will combine technical expertise with excellent sales skills to drive our business forward.
This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to translate technical features into business benefits. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and understand customer requirements, and provide technical support and guidance during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of Dcycle.Io's products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to our offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
- Create technical documentation and provide input for RFP/RFI responses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional English and Spanish level is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in environmental, legal or sustainability related roles.
- Proven track record of supporting sales teams in a technical capacity.
