Job Title: Sales Representative

Helloprint is a fast-growing e-commerce company with a mission to make ordering print products as easy and accessible for customers worldwide. Our vibrant Revenue Operation team is looking for driven and dynamic individuals who are ready to make an impact in the world of sales.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team based in Valencia, focusing on driving growth by upgrading existing key customers to our advanced business solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will work across all Helloprint solutions: Connect, Portal, Merch, and API. Utilizing our data qualification logic, you will receive a weekly list of key customers to contact and convert into our business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to key Helloprint customers to introduce and upgrade them to Helloprint's business solutions (Connect, Portal, Merch, and API).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with English- and Dutch-speaking clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Data and Sales Operations to improve this list of qualified customers on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to align on customer accounts and business strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets focused on upgrading customers to higher-value business solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch speaker.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively with data-driven customer lists and prioritize outreach.
  • A team player who can thrive in an international, multicultural environment.
