Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Operationsarmy. In this role, you will provide hybrid administrative support, handle various tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office.
Job Summary:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Utilize software such as DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office applications
- Perform basic proofreading tasks
- Support staff with general operational tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of phone systems
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling meetings
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
