Administrative Operations Coordinator

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of CitizenGO's Madrid office. As part of our dynamic Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth accounting processes, budget monitoring, and financial reporting while also assisting with administrative and organizational tasks across teams.Responsibilities:
- Support the accountant to assist in carrying out the organization's accounting processes.
- Support in administrative and organizational functions.
- Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Organization and coordination of meetings, including material preparation and room reservations.
- Supervision of inventory, offices, and office supplies.
- Support other departments in finance, accounting, and administration tasks.
- Demonstrable experience in administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of accounting and billing will be valued.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good computer skills in general.
- Passion and commitment to defending life, family, and freedom.
- Strong teamwork skills, comfortable in a highly collaborative team culture and a hierarchical team structure.
- Strong project and staff management skills.
- Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks.
