About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our team at Europcar Mobility Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships in the Iberian market, as well as managing and growing our existing partnerships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the partnerships pipeline in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal)
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing key accounts
  • Elaborate market benchmark and competition watch on related segments
  • Select strategic new partnerships in traditional segments (airlines, hotels) and in other complementary business models (petrol stations, banks, insurance, supermarkets, home sharing and others)
  • Coordinate and follow up projects in the framework of new partnership delivery
  • Define and implement a marketing plan of promotions with key partners, creating promotional content, visual assets, to promote through partner CRM tools, getting more traffic and bookings

Requirements

  • Previous sales and business development skills are mandatory, along with a deep comprehension of e-commerce/digital environment to drive more revenue/conversion
  • Minimum experience of 3 years at an international business development position. Knowledge of the Mobility and Travel industry sector is a must. Fundamentals on Revenue and Capacity Management are a plus
  • Experience as account manager for Airlines & hotels players (Distribution and loyalty program)
  • Expertise in Digital tools and Basic IT knowledge
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory. Portuguese language is an asset. Another European language as an option
  • Computer skills and software used: MS office: strong Excel and Powerpoint expertise, Google tools, Photoshop, HTML
