About the Job
We're seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work Sl in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key player in identifying strong sales opportunities, profiling potential clients, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
- Meet quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas and maintain high levels of daily and weekly activity
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
- Educate customers about our cloud solutions and conduct daily outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and align business needs with available cloud solutions
- Maintain and update customer and prospect data in the CRM system
- Work towards team and individual goals related to KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient level of Swedish with fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT sector
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform
- Strong ability to link business needs with the right solutions and solid business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with professionalism and integrity
