Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role:

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve individual targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales qualified opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on our cloud solutions and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value for next steps in the sales process.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish (C2 level) and ability to speak and write English fluently.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
