About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience Operations team as a Site Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Lead by example and model desired behavior for the rest of the team
  • Provide feedback and coaching to peers to improve customer service and operations
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with the manager to maintain site safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of leadership or customer-facing experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods
