We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Lead for Customer Experience to join our team at Amazon. As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at our Locker+ retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of customer service operations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Identify and communicate barriers and trends that contribute to the customer and associate experience.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Experience in training others.
- 1+ years of floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
- 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
