Customer Experience Operations Site Lead

At Amazon, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a CXO Site Lead, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal by leading our team of customer service professionals at our Locker+ retail locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, from assisting with customer orders to providing a positive and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers using effective customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, serving as the escalation point to assist associate peers in solving customer issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by participating in the development of best practices.
Help identify and communicate barriers and trends that contribute to the customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
Work with a manager to maintain the physical safety and quality standards of the site.
Perform additional duties, as assigned.
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work 30-39 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:45am to 3:15pm.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent diploma.
18 years of age or older.
Experience in training others.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
