National Account Manager for Unilever Food Solutions in Spain

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our Unilever Food Solutions team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer-focused regional business strategy and plan.
Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing quarterly business plans to drive performance;
- Delivering training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement;
- Ensuring product availability and tracking key performance indicators;
- Managing a targeted portfolio focusing on high-potential customers;
- Identifying and acquiring new high-potential clients;
- Monitoring customer performance via CRM, ensuring strategic follow-up;
- Cross-functional team collaboration to align on objectives and strategy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis;
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
